Training with me…

I guess I am a veteran in the fitness industry with over 20 years experience yet still have an enormous desire to help people achieve their goals. I have developed a distinct way of training clients to ensure you get the most out of training with me and a promise that every session will be different from the last….try me, it’s true! With an obsession in the basic principles of training including squats, press ups and crunches I make sure these foundation exercises are mastered. Why? Well, I believe that technique and posture in every exercise you do will determine your success and make you bullet proof for your future years, regardless of age!

I meet every potential client for a consultation before we start any programme of training to ensure you are aware of the commitment and expectation required. This is a pre-requisite and something that builds a trust between both parties. Only then can the fun begin…and I will guarantee results if we honour that commitment!
